Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Heidi Merrick pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and international orders are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and securely seal the box before affixing the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Los Angeles studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
